Kioram is a test. You talk with four people who are not real: an AI writes them. This page says what we keep about you, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.

Kioram is run by AD/Micro, Oude Schrieksebaan 42a, 2820 Bonheiden, Belgium. Questions about your data: admin@kioram.com.

What we keep

  • Your request for a code: your email address, your age and what you hope for.
  • Your account: your name, email address, password (stored scrambled), time zone and profile picture.
  • Your profile: what you wrote about yourself before the four were made, including what you want from the conversation.
  • The conversation: every message you and the four write.
  • What the four remember about you. Each of them keeps notes about the conversation, as a person would remember it.
  • Use of the app: when you sign in, when you last looked, and when we last emailed you.

Why

To run your conversation. And because this is a test: we read conversations to find out whether it works, and to fix what goes wrong. Nobody else reads them.

Who else sees it

To write the four's messages, your profile and the conversation are sent to two AI services. They process it for us and keep it only as long as their terms allow:

  • Anthropic, United States, which writes most of the messages.
  • Google (Gemini), United States, which decides who writes next, and draws the pictures of the four. We use the paid service, so Google does not use your data to improve its products.

Three more services handle a part:

  • Formspree, United States, receives your request for a code.
  • MailPace, United Kingdom, sends our emails from servers in the European Union.
  • Hostinger runs our server, in France.

We sell nothing and show no ads. We use no tracking cookies, only the one that keeps you signed in.

How long

As long as you have an account. Settings, Delete removes your account, your profile, the conversation and the four at once. Copies in our backups disappear within three months.

Your rights

You may ask what we keep about you, have it corrected or removed, or object to how we use it. Write to admin@kioram.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.

Kioram is for people of 18 and older.
